The Justice Fund (the “Fund”) is a long-only investment fund founded in January 2022 by Ethan Deitcher. The Fund invests in equities anticipated to be favorably impacted by Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) proceedings and decisions. The Fund evaluates the SCOTUS case docket and researches case relationships to markets, industry sectors, and individual companies. The fund relies on its insights into legal precedents, SCOTUS dynamics, and political bellwethers. The Fund is growth-oriented and maintains a comparably moderate risk profile.
Ethan is a senior at The Nueva School in San Mateo, California, where his coursework includes econometrics, government, and macroeconomics. These classes—in addition to being a University of Chicago Voltage Scholar, a Yale Young Global Scholar, and a member of the Wharton School's Global Youth Program—catalyzed his academic passions and prompted him to create The Justice Fund. In addition to academics and investing, he is a leader for Nueva's public forum debate and Model United Nations teams, as well as an intern for his California state senator, Josh Becker. In his spare time, Ethan plays classical guitar, skis, and golfs.
